Warantee Voiding???
Hey, I didn't know where else ot place this thread...
If anyone could help me, I have a warantee on my car, a GM Chevrolet Camaro. I want to start modifying it, starting small, cat-back exhaust, but I've heard it will void the whole warantee. I don't care if I loose the warantee on the exhaust, but I don't want to loose it on the drivetrain. A guy at the chevy dealership was telling me I could buy some kind of extended warantee that would allow me to modify, but i think it was a hustle. Also, the guy who owned it before already put on an intake, did this already screw me... thank you for any help. |

Re: Warantee Voiding???
It wouldn't surprise me if it really did void your warranty entirely. Dealerships are like that and would try to screw you out of your money. Try calling GM, or a few different dealerships and ask them. As far as the intake, I don't think they would care too much about that. You could always argue it, if they tried to void it.

Re: Warantee Voiding???
Thanks for the advice, it's kind messed up that an exhaust would do that.
