Well, do you want bags, or air cylinders? Bags are a pain and very expensive to install - you have to make custom mounts and cut out your fender wells and stuff to make them work. Air cylinders bolt in, you just have to drill for your air lines. Its hard to go back to struts and springs once you have installed air bags. If you are going to go full show and no race then they are ok. For a daily driver I wouldn't recommend them, there is quite a bit of maintenance and for a daily driver you will go through tires pretty quick, roughly about every 6-8 months. Also, cornering sucks, and the ride is well kinda sloppy. I had air cylinders on my car for 3 months, went through a set of tires and said forget it and put back in my coilovers.

Re: Air ride

Ya, it's nice and fun, but on a car, you will go through tires a lot faster cause you can't get an alignment so your toe and camber is always going to be off. On a truck the back tires aren't adjusted and the front you can get drop spindles that help, a car you can't. Maintenance isn't bad. But there is a huge difference in ride between bags and cylinders - cylinders top out and bottom out easy, and when your seals wear out you will get air leaking out, so you have to keep them oiled. Like I said, they are fun if you aren't into racing and have the money to keep them up. They were just too much for me.

i had air on my hatch for about 4 months, i really could'nt deal with the ride being so shitty, but it was fun playing with switches and riding real low, if your gonna buy a kit buy from a good company, any kit thats below 1g or 1g in my opinion is shit. The more exspenive kits tend to give a better ride, and not give as many problems. I agree with 4G4D, it is hard to go back to srings after air

Re: Air ride

Ok heres what I have right now. I have air cylinders and brackets from www.kmwperformance.com . They were $600, wasnt bad. I have TWO Viair 550C compressors, and a 6 gallon 8 port chrome air tank. I have (8) 1/2 inch gold plated parker valves, a wireless remote kit, psi switches, and all those solenoid crap. I bought this for my 88 CRX Si. I have not installed yet because I need my air line and a few more fittings. I still maybe wait untill I have the complete rear hatch fiberglassed and have the plexis glass (having compressors and air tank under glass with neons). But im gonna love the wireless remote kit. I buy my stuff from truckin.com (i know the guy who owns the company) and i get stuff a bit cheaper. This is off subject but a buddy of mine, his brother is hooking me up a with lambo door kit for both doors for $250 . I cant wait! Also got my new paint sprayer today and new sander. mmmm

*edit* if you want a nice system and have the money for it, check out http://www.teampneumatik.com/ . I bought thier On the Bulevard Air Ride Dvd movie, its pretty cool. Its a good strong company, and offer the best of the best stuff. http://store.gaugemagazine.com is also a good cheap place to buy stuff, thats where i bought my parker valves.
