S10 rear disc brake conversion

I have a set of rear disc brakes from a 2 wheel drive blazer that i will be installing on my 2002 S10 pickup. Someone out there must have done this before. Is there anything I should be aware of? Is this just swapping parts and go or are there need for fabrication of any kind?
