white gauge installation

well im kinda new to this stuff i just got white gauge with blue/green light thingy for my 99 civic i don't know how to put them in and i really don't want to spend money for shop to put it in more than i spend to buy it so i want to at least try to do it myself so if anything goes wrong i can fix it

so please if you know how or have done it before any advise will help me i don't know anything about it lol it would be good if u can tell me from the beginning from pulling console out...and it would be awesome if u have any link i can see on internet
