Getting me into the 12's!!!

My 95 cobra:
Centerforce Clutch + Short Shifter
3.73 gears
K&N intake
Flowmaster catback exhaust w/ high flow cats
Eibach lowering springs
Cervinis hood

I need to know what it will take to get this car into the high 12's
I have a few thousand to spend and ive heard of this being accomplished with the stock gt40 heads. The cobra manifold is said to be decent, im debating getting it ported or just getting the edelbrock. IM guessing since the edelbrock can use the larger TB it would be necessary. Any suggestions? What would you do?

full-length headers, ceramic coating
GT-40 upper and lower intake manifolds, ported and polished. port and polish heads.
aftermarket engine computer
throttle body
bigger gear
weight reduction
shocks/struts
slicks & skinnies
drag wheels
etc, etc

all of these will help, the biggest are probably a computer, gears, slicks, and suspension.
