I have a v6 2002 rodeo with 61,000 miles I changed the Spark plugs and now have a check engine light on all the time, and when accelerating the light flashes.
I installed Bosch plugs is this the problem? I pluged in my friends code reader and it says plug misfirer. Whats going on? Help.... Thank You |

Re: changed plugs now have check light
Or use NGK. From what I can tell, most Rodeo guys use NGK. I am putting some in this weekend.

Poke around this or the other isuzu sites. For the 2000-2003 3.2/3.5L (not sure about the 2004's), if you use anything other than denso/nippondenso spark plugs, you will get a check engine light because of the sensitivity of the ignition systems on these trucks.

Re: changed plugs now have check light
+2000 Isuzu's and bosch plugs just don't jive. Check my FAQ link below for some plugs that will work.
