now why would you like this kind of look? you can't even distinguish the colour of the needle and the dial! for ease on the eyes, it's best that these colours are distinguishable...thought I'd share my observations

How do you go about changing these bulbs?
Any good links that show how it's done?

i dont know about the p11. i herd that the p11 uses smaller bulbs then the p10's 194/168 so it might be hard to find colored bulbs.

they don't make colored bulbs for the instrument cluster on the p11, you'd have to paint them. I think the bulb number is 74.

On the P10 what did you have to remove to get access to the bulbs?? How about some step by step instructions for cabbages like me

not too hard to remove the cluster, since you have a p10, even easier to change the bulbs. there should be 4 screws holding the black trim piece with the security light, (two on the bottom, two on the top). you will also more than likeley have to take off the plastic piece covering the steering wheel column, I think that is held on by 4 screws also (on the underside of it) then, there should be 4 more screws holding the gauge cluster in, after you take off those screws, CAREFULLY pull the cluster slightyly (about an inch) out and then tilt the top of the cluster out (toward you) you should then ahve access to the bulbs that light your cluster. they will be the ones with the bigger recepters (I think they are brown) and are a 194 bulb, then just reverse to put everything back.
