Add Keyless Entry To 1999 Silhouette

We purchased a 1999 Olds Silhouette for my daughter & her children. It has power locks & windows but does not have the remote keyless entry option. I have purchased the correct key fobs... but the wiring and modules are not installed in the van.
Please suggest the best way to get the parts and how to install them correctly.

Our 2001 Silhoutte has been complete crap. We had a 2000 w/ no probs but my wife totaled it. we liked it som much we bought another. Big Mistake. It sounds like our 1st van was the exception. this 01 has had the pass power window go out 4 times, rear tail lights electrical go out, heat in seats out intermittently, air conditioning go out @ 65,000 mi and today the transmission won't go into gear. Total crap - & the dealership in Beavercreek, Ohio does nothing. any suggestions?

do remote starters also have power locks on the keychain??
I used to have one that did. I've seen them for as low as $50 DIY.
