Fujimi Diablo DX versions?

HLJ doesn't appear to have these 2 Diablo versions.

Re: Fujimi Diablo DX versions?

Do any manufacturers plan to release a real photoetch set with more parts?

Does anyone know what are the differences between these 2 diablos?

Diablo SV 1999

Diablo SV Delux version

Among the Fujimi range of Diablos, which is the most accurate, and which ones have accuracy problems to watch out for?

I've also never seen a Diablo 6.0 or Diablo SE model yet. Do they exist?

Re: Fujimi Diablo DX versions?

The SV 96 is a pop up headlight version, SV99 are fixed headlight version. Body is common for both, but the front trunk hatch and headlight surroundings are different. Delux versions exist for both (probably sold out already), and they come with Photo Etched logos and script.

The SV has accurate front bumper, wheels, twin hump engine cover, SE style rear wing, accurate seats and dashboard, accurate side rocker panels, but no opening doors.

Fujimi also corrected their early VT, calling it the prodeuction exterior, and the marker lights on the front bumper are relocated.

As far as accuracy is concerned, both 96 and 99 SVs are most accurate, and the production exterior VT is not bad compared to their earlier kits.

Neither 6.0 nor SE are announced, but I'll go to Shizuoka in May, so I'll ask them. (Also, they hinted that they have a surprise.)

Thanks! Exactly what I needed to know.
BTW do you know if anyone makes, or plans to make a photoetched Diablo detail set?
