Wipers

I have a 1998 S-10 4.3. When I turn on my wipers on one any of the delay settings after a few cylcles they start to run all the time. When I shut them off it takes about one minute for them to stop running.

Any help would be appreciated.

They had a recall on the whiper motors. Get ahold of GM.
