torque specs and bolt tightening sequence 4.0?

I've have a 94 ranger 4.0. I'm looking for the torque procedure for the left side head. If someone knows a free site where I could get that it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I have an insane amount of rust on the drivers side cylinder head and exhaust manifold. I belive it came from salt blowup from the wheel but I'm not sure. It has caused me to break off two spark plugs and manifold bolts even after heavy soaking and waiting with bolt buster. Just wondering if this is a common problem. I'd like to prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks and I hope someone can help.
