little problem...

i'm swapin a 6 blt into 95gst.i just got the block and head together along with the ...everything without the exsaust and turbo.i,m doing it by magnus motorsports progect.according to them u have to use the 1g water pipe and 1g thermostat housing/water neck.well i didnt put a 1g pipe and neck because my 2nd gens mached fine(i tought that useing the 1g water pump would make a difference,it doesnt).but here i got stuck again.on the 2g block there is an outlet right below the first proteckting cup(i'm talking about that cup that preven your engin from cracking the block if the water freezes).however that outlet supplys water to your turbo, cooling it up,and that outlet does not ecsist on the 1g engine block.my question is can i put a "T" fitting kind of at one of the other water lines so i got one extra to supply the turbo need of it,since the original is now missing on the 1g block.thanks y'all

p.p.beside that dont forget to get yourself 1g head bolts too, altough the 2g are so thin.i would hate if i need to change the water pipe and neck.too much oney alreadyand honestly i dont see the reason why for right now...

I have no idea, but make a more specific thread name. People will be more likely to answer.

Re: little problem...

what more specific.like that your turbo is water cooled and has 2 water lines, one does to water pipe the other one "bolts" to engine block.well now on the 1g engine shortblock that hole for bolting the turbo water pipe is just missing.1st gen turbo is cooling a little different.now i got to get water to cool my turbo and connect the 2nd line which no longer would be able to connect to block.now i was thinking...that is a 3/8 od size.if i get a "T" looking plumbers size 3/8 od(which is the same) from home depot, disconect some other water pipe and conect it with that "T" adaptor, lets say the pipe that goes trough the firewall,i'm going to have an extra supply line from the "T" adaptor(fitting 3/8").so there i'm goin to conect the lonely turbo water pipe.got it.if u got 95+ eclipse with 4g63 just look at where your upper water turbo pipe is conected for the block.i,m missin it.figure out what i,m asking.
if now u dont get it pls accept my apology...

thanks

whoa, slow down man. TurbosR4me just recommended to make the thread name more specific, and hes right. If you at least make a little more specific, becuase the thread says 'little problem...', no one knows if you have a little problem w/ putting the key in the key slot or a problem w/ your turbo, or whatever the case may be.

Were just trying to help. I think it would be wise to learn from others advise. Just a recommendation from another Newbie.
