rusted brake lines

I was trying to change my brake lines to the goodridge brake lines, but the bolts seem to be rusted on so bad that the brackets are twisting what can I use on the bolts to free them up so I can change them?

Well try WD40 and there are a special craftsman's nut kit sold at sears that are just for rusted nuts and bolts
