Had accident and now positive camber
Hey there,
I had an accident a little while ago where the front left wheel was pushed back and in (causing positive camber) Now the lower control arm is bent from the wheel being pushed back, and thats not too hard to replace. However the positive camber i think is from the upper control arm (outlined in black) or where it mounts to (outlined in blue). Now I am unsure whether moving the mounting (outlined in blue) up and down can adjust camber... Also I dont see a way to disconnect the upper contol arm from the mounting (see red circle 2) That ball and socket joint doesnt teem to be able to disconnect or i dont see how it does.... And where the mounting bolts (red circle 1) You can barely get a spanner up there let alone get the bolt out! If anyone had any suggestiong or know what else could have given way to cause the camber it would be appreciated because just looking at the upper arm it doesnt look bent. But its hard to tell from just looking. Thanks!

Re: Had accident and now positive camber
Right where #1 is, remove 2 10mm bolts to expose ball joint nut, its just a cover there. Under hood there are 2 14mm(i think) bolts holding the control arm on & 2 bolts holding the strut in. The strut must be dropped in order to slide the control arm over. it's a very simple job - 10 min with the right tools.
