thermostat location
Ok i got a 94 Honda Prelude vtec and i need to replace the thermostat. so heres my question
a) Where is the thermostat located b) can anyone provide a picture of the location also can this be done easily or do i have to bring it into a shop? thx for the help! ------------------------- 94 Honda Prelude VTEC stock |

look for a hose connected to the bottom of the radiator. Follow that hose to the engine. that hose should connected to a housing on the engine a lil smaller than ur palm (i got asian hands so for u it might be more than a lil smaller than ur palm. But u get the general idea)
Changing a thermostat can be easy at times depending on auto experience. Its almost like flushing the radiator but a few more minor steps. I would buy a Hanes book on ur car. Gives u step by step instructions and some pictures. U can save ur self a lot of money doing it urself but if u arent confident then take it to a mechanic. Probably be about $100 to do.
