Trailblazer EXT severe wind noise !!!
My 2002 Ext has an acceptable amount of wind noise on a calm day, even at freeway speeds. HOWEVER, throw in a good crosswind and the noise at the passenger side doow is terrible. Sounds like the door is wide open, and a bit of a squealing/rattle sound as well. Was told the foam seal behind the wheels that supposedly seals the tire noise can cause this. Is this molded thing in there supposed to fit solid and snug? And has anyone had to caulk around it to close all the crevices and cracks? Or are the any other suggestions.. There seems to be no air entering the vehicle, just the infernal noise. If this is Chevrolet at it's best, I am the less than proud owner of my last GM product!! (BTW,,, took it to dealer but was a calm day and they said it was perfect.)

severe wind noise
I had quite a bit of noise whenever there was a crosswind around my front passenger window. Dealer tried to fix it twice. I finally just opened the door, grabbed the front top of the window frame and bent it SLIGHTLY towards the truck. No more noise.
