1994 Accord EX coupe ABS light

Ok I need some help with this one... My ABS light comes on only after the second start of the day. After is has sat for the night the light doesnt come on. Anyway it is on most of the time. I have the shop manual and it tells me how to get the DTC codes for troubleshooting. So I bought a short connector from HOnda that is supposed to help me retrieve the codes. So now my problem is:

#1 The manual tells me the connector is under the glove box. (there are 2 there, one blue and one red, that do not fit this short connector)

I did find one on the drivers side that does fit the short connector but it did not give me any DTC codes. And this plug had 2 , one in each wire, blue 3M round things around the wire...looks like they attach to the wire I dont know why though.

So what should I do now??? any help is appreciated
