Clutch replacement '86

Can anyone share how much (time or $$) it should take to replace the clutch in my 4x4 Trooper? Also, any one clutch set way better than others?

You can get some good deals on the clutch kits on Ebay, I bought one there for my 1989 Trooper brand new for $99. If you do it yourself you will save about $600.00-$800.00
