where to remove the honey combs

Can anyone explain where to remove them or have a web site on pics and how to do it.

you should leave them in..... it messes up your idle a bit.... but if you still want to take it out then it's the smaller honeycomb and on the back of the can there is a little star looking thing that you can take out and if it's a turbo you can also take out a bcs restrictor for a few psi before you get a mbc

yeah my car is a 95 tsi awd, i allready took the little restrictor out, i pulled it out with a sheet rock screw real easy. Also cut all the pipe that goes threw the snorkal, that worked well also. Now the honeycomb i will find people that have done it and see what they have to say after what you said i will leave them alone for now. Thanx blown turbo tsi

I pulled my out and the idel change is way worth it. it make your car so much fast so i say got for it just open up your intake and take out all the honey comb you can see allrigth tell use how much fun you had after it is out.
