need used V6 and manual transmission, HELP?!!?

where do i go looking for a used V6, my burns oil...
-also where would i go looking for a used transmission, i need a new 5-speed, mine makes noise when i put it into reverse and sometimes its ahrd to put it in 1st.

you might just wanna get those problems fixed instead of swaping them for new , just my two cents
