Angry Electrical problems 1988 Civic

I have a 1988 Honda Civic, and every time i enable my low beams my sterio system shuts off, however when i turn the lights off the turn on again. If i turn on my high beams only it will stay on. I can also just be driving it around and they can shut off automaticly. Does anyone know whats going on?
