Question radio removal 1999 LeSabre

Hi all, can someone tell me how to remove the factory radio from my 1999 LeSabre? I have purchased a new factory unit that has a CD player in it. The existing unit has only AM/FM Cassette.

Thanks.

Re: radio removal 1999 LeSabre

Remove the wood colored trim by pulling just hard enough to get it off but without breaking it to pieces. (I don't remember it having any screws.) Under that you'll find a bunch of screws to take out. Then take out all the A/c vents, and take out all the screws in all of them. Then pull the whole piece out as you did the wood colored one. Then you'll be able to get to the screws that hold in the radio. -C
