1996 Thunderbird Keyless module - location ?

Where is the keyless entry control box located in a 96 Tbird ?

I acquired an OE Ford keyless module for this model/year and would like to put it in my car (which doesn't have a factory keyless system).

I didn't see any wiring harness for one in the trunk. Where else might it go ? Is the car already wired for it ? Can I just plug-and-play ?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I seem to recall it being under the drivers seat. Anyone else???
