Driver's window rubbing on convetible top

Driver's window(top rear of window), binds on convertible top when closing door. The window does not seat on top molding, but hits the convertible top. If I lower window it seats fine when raised. Passenger window seats fine. Any help?? 2000 vette convertible. scott free

I've see this in a number of later model vettes. The window needs adjusting and to do that, you really need a shop manual. It's very tedious to do. (under warranty????)
