V8 RWD Conversion - HANG ON!
Hey,
I need to hear comments on this: Thinking of a Rear Wheel Drive V8 powertrain conversion on my 97' SW2. Anybody have any comments on this? The Rear Diff will have enough space if I cut out the spare tire well and weld it flat. The tranny will need a tunnel cut inside and the the front-end would have to be Tube-Framed. I think a small block could fit under the hood given the tranny will have to be cut into the firewall.

Interesting. It would still be a saturn, but an interesting one none the less.

Re: V8 RWD Conversion - HANG ON!
that would be bad ass especially seeing saturn is a light car you may have to stabelize your frame, and suspension work but i managed a ls1 into a Z24 cavalier a few years ago it was a job in a half but worth it to put my always visible windshield tint with import killer on it as i have in every car i have ever owned and when you s3ell it you will bank some green as i did
