Type - R question

I am looking into buying a new car. I found a 2000 Integra Type R, with 61000 miles on it for 17900. Is it worth it? And is it reliable with the mileage, and the high compression?

61000 miles is nothing for a honda motor, an old friend of mine gots over 300,000+ miles on his 90 teg and it's still running strong. 18g's isn't bad but u can find lower ones if u look around and be patient.
