2.3liter performance

I was wondering what kind of performance parts are there for the 2.3 liter engine. I saw a turbo for 800. But is there anything else that could bring up some hp besides a turbo or 5.0?

Re: 2.3liter performance

not unless you want to spend a bunch of money,

take the complete engine out of an older thunderbird supercoupe...they have 2.3T

or beef up everything else on your car to 5.0 specs and drop in a 302

the 2.3 is good for 2 things: daily driving and turbocharged roadracing. drag racing is out of the question. what i'll probably do with my 2.3 when i'm ready to take it out is rebuild it and use it in another stang as a turbo daily driver. i can see myself having fun like that. for serious performance of course, my stroked 351W will be far more suitable.
