GSR powered!!

i have a gsr swap with skunk2 manifold and tanabe catback exhaust in my civic running a p72 gsr ecu, with gsr tranny. vtec doesnt seem to pull as hard as my last hybrid gsr civic, runninng a jdm b16 ecu with b16 tranny did. i was thinking maybe skunk2 cams with springs and retainers. what do you guys think any suggestions? what do you guys think about chipped ecu's, and are they worth it, any suggestions on that? thanks.
