Red face installing radiator support???

I juist bought my car and am putting a body kit on it I went to a body shop to see about getting kit put on and painted when they told me that my radiator core support was bent. I bought a new one and was wondering how hard it is to put on. The body shop wants to charge me for 8 hours labor at 65$/hour. My car is a 95 civic ex coupe. I am decent at mechanics, but don't know how hard of a job it is to do. If anyone has done it or can give me some advise i would appreciate it.

thank
ryan

You can use a grinder and hit the spot welds that hold it in place. Be sure after you get the bent one off you use some kind of paint to cover any raw metal to avoid rust......Now if you look you will see holes that line up on the top,,,(where fender mounts) and midway down on each side..Now I elected to bolt mine in place and drilled 2 holes down low for added strength....Now if I want to swap motors I can remove the core support and drop the motor and push the car back and shazzam the motor is out.
Hope this helps.....
