diablo vt painting

here's a painting of a 1999 lamborghini diablo vt i did. sry the pic is so blurry, i was too lazy to scan it so i just took a picture of it with a camera... but whatever, here it is. enjoy

i think it might look good. i cant really tell. But i am glad that some did a painting and not a drawing(even though the sub forum from automotive art is called "sketching and drawing" they should have paintings in it also)

That looks great. I'd love to see it scaned so we can get a better look. It almost looks real though, from what I can tell.

You are the first person to post a painting of a car here, congrats.

Awesome job.

You need to get that scanned.

What kind of paint did you use?

I will be starting my first car painting too, this week.

It looks like water color?

If you can, try to take a better pict too.
It looks like you moved.

If you have a digi camera set your ISO speed to 400 and take the pict. during the day with sun shining through a window onto your art work.

if that is done with water color i am going to shoot myself. i can never get water color to look how i want it. i could never get water color to look like that i know for a fact.

thanks 4 the comments, and i used acrylic paint cause watercolor is really hard unless ur good at it. its just that the pic i took is horrible(because i took it with a webcam), sry about that. ill scan it as soon as possible

acrylics are hard to work with also. i think that they dry to fast and that doesn't give you enough time to blend it together. I Love OILS

looks incredible,great job... the front tire looks a bit off to me but i dunno, i could be wrong...either way its hard to notice so i wouldn't worry about it...keep up the good work.
