Check Engine, Tail Light Bulbs, and "R" Reverse Gear Warning Lights On
Hello,
I have a Toyota Camry LE 1999 (4 cycl). It has 108,000 miles and has been running fine so far. Yesterday, when I started my car it showed three warning lights: 1) Check Engine 2) Tail light bulbs 3) "R" reverse gear Also, the both back-up (Reverse) lights are dead. What could be the problem? Also where is the fuse for the back-up lights? Thanks! |

I had the same problem on my 93 Camry. There was a broken wire in the harness that runs from the trunk lid to the main harness. Strip the wires and you'll probably find a broken wire. Mine was the white with black stripe.

Check the wire harness at the trunk hinge. It is common for them break
