susgestion on a 03 honda civic drop

Just wondering what you guys thought of what type of coilovers you suggest to drop my car 1.5 in front/back. Want to put 18's on it but dont' want the tire rubbing up against the wheel well. so let me know what you guys think. and what coilovers i should get.

H&R or Tein. No matter what suspension package you choose the ride will be VERY poor with 18" wheels & 35 series tires. 16" is the largest I recommend, yea they don't look as good but can you see your wheels when your driving? Also you'll save the headache of bending large/expensive wheels.

I have 17x7 rims/tires (205/40/17) and I had to modify my wheel well a bit but it's pretty rare if I scrape, before I modded my wheel well I scraped pretty bad.
