Question any apprentice positions available in Houston auto machine shops?

I'll be moving there in about 6 months. I know it's a ways off, but curious if anyone knows of any shops that hire entry level apprentices. I will be attending the School of Automotive Machinists (S.A.M.) while I'm there, and would like to get my foot in the door of an area shop.

Any shop names, phone numbers, links, etc. would be great. Thanks so much!

Your a knuckle head. SAM is a great school. Besides, you replied to that post almost two years after he wrote that. The school is only 18 months, he likely has been there, graduated and gotten a job somewhere. To that end, I am replying almost three years since you wrote your post. So...why am I wasting my time. Later
