They can also turn away a repair. And they can also give you an explanation that really doesn't make much sense, get pissed off and tell you never to come back. Companies don't have to be fair when it comes to that stuff.

Here are some things definately not to do: Headers, pistons, camshafts, basically anything that modifies the internal parts of the engine. If you're worried about voiding the warranty you're limiting yourself to very few options. Most of the options hardly give you any results in power.

You're mostly right on some of the options:

Y-pipe is about 16-19 hp

Headers/Y combo is about 30 plus hp

Catback exhaust is about 3-5hp

Intake only about 7-9hp depends what kind you get but this is about average and you'll lose some bottom end torque no matter which one you get (aftermarket) but you'll gain some hp at the top, the only one that you won't lose any hp/tq on is the GAB and it is free.

Chip/Rev limiter remover-probably net about 10hp across the powerband

Lightweight UDP-doesn't really gain anything but does help in faster acceleration due to less inertia on the engine but has an added benefit because it is less wear & tear due to being lighter weighted.

Stillen V1/V2 SC-between 80-85hp

SSR Turbo 3.5-about 120-130hp

Neither turbo is warranteed by Nissan nor is the SC

Stillen does offer a warranty on his products

And I believe SSR will be lifetime warranty on their parts.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on anything, I'm mostly going off of memory and as old as I'am my Alzheimer's may have kicked in and I might have forgotten a thing or two or misquoted some figures.
