what's happening?
For some reason a few days ago, my seatbelt indicator light came on, and stayed on. And yes I buckled up. It has never done this before and I can't figure out why. Also, all lights stay on while car is running, headlights, interior lights. What could be the problem? I have a 1994 Plymouth Laser AWD.

if you live in Canada, you have daytime running lights. that's why your lights come on and stay on.
