Re: engine dress

when you say parts do you mean things like valve covers and different caps? You can buy all your resivioir caps and stuff powdercoated a certain color, along with silicone hosing and vacume lines or in carbon fiber, steel braided, etc. Also you can get a used valve cover off ebay for around 70-100 dollars and have it powdercoated or plated for a diecent price. Try any of your local shops. they should have the colored tubing dress up kits. they'll cost you but if it's what you're looking for that will work. They also make actual "kits" that you can buy. They come with all the caps, a new oil dipstick, vacum hosing and all the wire covers and are available in just about every color you can think of. I would stay away from the spray paint thing though. Most spray paints aren't made for the high temps that you will get in the engine bay. YOu can get them but they fade and usually end up looking like shit, which complete defeats the purpose. Keep looking, I guarantee they are out there. Go through the vendor list and everything on the sticky on the top of the page. also keep looking in ebay. it'll be on there.. I promise. If you're looking into wire loom (for covering existing ugly black wiring) I can get you a lot for a pretty cheap price. I know we have a ton at the shop! Let me know. also, for anyone who cares, I'm commin home this week. which kicks ass!

I'm still sticking with my can of spray paint.
They come in hightemp paints, they get upto 2500 degrees. But just buy what you need. Some are at 1000, 1500, etc...

Post pics of you car when you get back, with the supra taillight conv.
