couple of general questions

Hello All, I'm new to this site so please bear with me. I've just purchased a 2001 Catera with 29000k.Black on Black. Car is clean. Needs some paint work.
First question, my headlites seem to be fogged on the insde of the lense's, is this normal or is the seal broke and condensation is forming on the inside ?
2ndly, Reading thru the past questions, What's this about the spare key not able to start the car. I have 2 keys both with fob's marked 1 and 2. Which is considered the spare key and spare key fob ?
3rd Looking at the jack, there was a white piece of plasic laying in the compartment, what the heck is it? where does it go.
4th and last question. How many golfers with golf bags can this car handle without folding down the rear seats ?
Lastly, Like I said early I'm new to this forum, so forgive if I'm posting in the wrong area.
