VTEC help

A buddy of mine wants to put Vtec into his 94 Teg. I know that hell need vtec cams and a controller, waht else will he need? to him money isnt an object (he just got about 5K dumped on to him, so as i said its no object right now)

Buy a B18C1 or a B18C5 and install that along with a P72 ecu for the B18C1 and a P73 ecu for the B18C5.
