IAC valce
Just wanted to find out what is the best solution to fix an IAC valve. I recently did a LS VTEC swap and now its throwing out a code 14. Any suggestions or recomendations on how tho fix this. I am using a B16 head from a Civic SIR on a 99 Teg LS

Re: IAC valce
Did yo make sure all the wiring is still making good contact? If so then i would try to replace it with a known good valve. Or try taking it off an see if there is any trash in it and clean it out. If you want to see if the IACV that is on your car is still functioning then take the intake pipe off and you will find a small whole int he throttle body, start the car and then put your finger over that whole and see if the car's rpm changes, if not then the IACV is definatly bad or the wiring is not making good contact.

Would my stock work in this case?

Re: IAC valce
If they are the same then yes, but I am unsure if they are the same or not. If they look to be the same then try it. If the old one will not bolt to the B16 throttle body then they are not interchangeable. But I think they will be the same.
