Supercharger question

IN 2Fast 2Furious the S2000 make a noise that sounds like air is being blown out somewhere but i wanna kno what makes that noise and how would i get my car to do that. Would I have to get a supercharger or does turbo create that noise or is it something else. Thanx

Re: Supercharger question

It's called a Blow Off Valve (BOV) and it is on turbos so that when your throttle plate closes and no more air is going into your motor, instead of it compressing back into your turbo, and blowing it up, it gets released out of the Blow Off valve.
