Looks pretty Gangster, the California wheels kits come with the cars stock wheels aswell I think.
It hada completely flat underbody if you look in the reflection, maybe it is curbside?

I'll be buying a bunch of these myself. I'm hoping they come with a plethora of wheels. Otherwise I'll be vandalizing some more Jada's.....

Nope, The supercenter in my area sells AMT/Ertl and Revell-Monogram. They also sell Testors paint and glues. It may only be Supercenters.
