'64 GP Fireing order

Does anyone know the fireing order of a 64 gp 389?

Are there any other good message boards for old pontiacs?

Thanks-

Sean

Re: '64 GP Fireing order

64, As Jim has pointed out, it's the same firing order as most GM V8s, but a word of caution, the distributor rotates counter-clockwise, unlike the Chevy.
IMHO, the best Pontiac board is Boyleworks.com. Go to "muscle cars" and then to the restoration forum. Classicalpontiac.com is another that has plenty of good information. Welcome to the "dark side"! Dark-siders are those that choose the big Pontiacs over the traditional GTO and Firebird. Lord knows, Catalinas and Bonnies are as cool as cars get! your GP is loosely a Catalina...
