Need Help B18b1 w14b turbo

I need some help guys, i have a 92 civic with a b18b1(Ls).Right now i got just a few mods: Intake, 2 1/4" full exhaust, cam gears, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Msd ignition, Msd Coil, 8mmwires, NGK ridium plugs. And i always wanted to turbocharge my car, but for a price tho, i always read about the d series motors turbocharged for barely any money, using a h/f manifold with an adaptor plate and so on. Well my budday jus swap a evo3 motor into his talon, so i got his 14b turbo, intercooler, bov, and injectors. Can some1 tell me where to start? where can i pick up a exhaust manifold, im looking for things to be done cheep. Im looknig to run 6-7psi boost for now. Also poeple tell me its farely easy to bolt on a turbo onto a honda or acura. Is it difficult, what would i have to do? oil lines anything else, and put put the 450 injectors on wouldnt i need to tune my ecu? rather then the stock 275cc. How much owud that cost? Also how much fuel pressure do i need to run? A/F ratios? Some1 help me out
