have double grounded eng to body and frame, cleaned and reconnected ground wires.
have replaced following parts,

Fuses?

Check to make sure you didn't pinch any wires when setting the engine and tranny, or tuck the right wires out of the way somewhere and hook up the wrong set of connectors.

This may help you troubleshoot your problem. You say that you have alot of things not working. They are probably all related to one problem, maybe a wire out of place or disconnected. Just consentrate on the most simple circuit, say your headlights. If you track down why they're not working, you will most likely find all your trouble.

Do your headlights work when you aren't cranking the engine? Have you checked the fuseable links to see if they're burned out?

The headlights don't work at all,and all my links test good...
replaced a questionable one going to starter..
something strange tho, the positive batt cable going to starter also has a smaller wire going from the batt to starter,, i don't understand why 2 wires to same place !!!!

Good one huh!!

Thanks,
Doug

Might be something with the computer. I mean it sounds like you pretty much have went through all the possibilities, so maybe that is the problem.
