Cold Air Intake for 2.2L Vertical TBI (Custom Plenum)

This is kind of a double post. The original is under Cavaliers, but my target "audience" is under this topic too.

I'm trying to make a cold air intake for a 91 Cavi RS (vertical TBI). The problem is that K&N won't respond on Plenums for this model. They're the only place I've found that sell custom Plenums like this at all:

I'm looking for any other companies that offer this type of product or any welders in the forums that can fabricate one (I have the specs, you name a price).

I know the price will outweight any performance, but I want something that looks good and is unique.
