Vibration through gas pedel?????????

I have an 03 TB and just 2 weeks ago I had the rear springs replaced to stop shimming throught the gas pedel. I shimming was coming through the gas pedel at speeds from 45 to 60. They replaced the springs in the rear, which was a part on the SB put out by GM. The new springs solved the problem for less than a day and then the shimming and vibration was noticeable through the gas pedal again. Every day since then, it has gotten worse. The service department reconized the problem, but they have no idea how to solve it.
Can some one help me with this please, this is problem is driving me crazy.

I HAVE A 2004 TRAILBLAZER WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. TWO DEALERS AND CHEVY CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME THAT GM IS WORKING ON THE PROBLEM, BUT DOESN'T KNOW HOW LONG BEFORE A FIX IS OUT. THEY ALSO REPLACED THE REAR SPRINGS. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL.

I've had my 2005 Trailblazer 2WD LS for less than a week and I have the same problem. If anyone gets the problem resolved, please be sure to post.

I have a 03' TB LS and I'm suffering from the same problem. I don't know why it happens. I have asked the dealer but they said it's normal. Quite odd, don't you think?

Did you ever get his problem fixed? I just bought a used 2006 trailblazer with only 15k miles two weeks ago. So it is pretty much still new. Was fine for the first couple of days took it on a road trip and as I was between 40 to 65 mph it did the vibration through the gas pedal took it back to the dealership they said my tires needed to be balanced. Got it back did the same thing so I took it back they told me to drive it at least 500 more miles and then if it still does it bring it back. Then I did a google search and found this site and I see I wasn't the only one having this problem. Can it be fixed or it is it something that I will eventually get use to because I do not like the vibration. I wished I known about this problem I wouldn't of bought the truck.

Bringing a 3yr old thread back from the dead wont help much, but from what I've read, this concern is caused by debris (rocks, road dirt) caught in the rubber transmission mount. Clean out the mount and the metal/metal contact and vibs goes away.

Well it did help some by bringing it back I got a response thank you for replying. I will take it back to the dealer and ask them to look at that along with the cv joints and everything else I read. At this point I am ready to trade it in. It also burns too much gas

Yep, have a dealer check the transmission mount. For the MPG thing, check your tire pressures. I like to run them above the door jamb label, but below the tire sidewall spec. Normal mixed driving should get you 16-17mpg avg PER TANK on a 4.2L LS 4x4. Long steady ~65mph hywy runs should get you around 20mpg or better. They are not great on gas, but no worse than any other same-class truck.
