actually its really easy to shift the car, they make it that way cause the more time you spend shifting the less time you spend accelerating. each lever engages a gear, so all you do is pull four levers strait back, its an awsome system...

yea 79 grand would be a steal for that beast. Ive read (somewhere in this forum actually) that those insanely suped up hot-rod draggers have to change their transmission every like 5 races or so...do you think its the same deal with this camaro??

yeah man, love those lenco trannies, but to my knowledge, no clutch, its a series of planitary gears, each one goes from a low ratio, to a 1 to 1 ratio at the pull of a lever, and once you pull them all, the entire trans is a 1 to 1 ratio. oh and phylum, lol, only 350hp from 11:1 compression????? lol, man, if i met em id make fun of em. why build a weak motor to run on race gas, when a pump gas small block will make 500+hp????? oh and i think that net is a window net, the carbon fiber seat is down below it. you can kinda see it.

before joining this forum ive never heard of a transmission like that...the more i learn about it the more impressed i am by it. the owner of that car is a perfect example of a guy who is aware of the phrase "A car is never finished" I cant imagine the maintanence on the car and the loot spent, and i also cant imagine the insanely awesome feeling of pride that guy must get when he first hops in it.
Its always nice to see someone who isnt a 'talker' but a 'doer'. There are far too many talkers, ya know, the ones who say they got some money and are gonna mod their car..theyll spend the money on rims and exhaust tips and brag that their car is faster then everyones.
The doers are the ones who smile at the talkers, and wink at them from the rear view mirror.
That Camaro is seriously inspiring.

lol, seems like it would be a good idea. but when u think about it, even tho we all have a similar mindset, u actually couldn't find people that disagree as much as car-guys. a little town were u see guys standing next to their fast cars arguing with others about what parts, tools, etc are the best. it would actually be the town of never ending arguement.
