GT3540's are 1600 each....I can't find someone to sell them to me in pairs as they are singles designed for the RB25DET. Prices do not include an exhaust manifold (the GT2510's, 30's, and 40's are direct bolt-ons)
I'll look for the manifolds and post prices......6-1 and 6-2 for your single and twin setups.
Most Big Single upgrade kits for the GTR will come with the manifold....but I haven't found any great deals on these....

The full kit for a T-51 (initial price check...but maybe I can find a better price) is 7000. That includes the turbine, manifold, downpipe, gaskets, oil line, and wastegate. Only prob is clearing customs with something that costs seven thousand dollars...let me research it a little more and I'll let you know.

I'm still working on the others! I've had a LOT of emails and I'm trying to keep track of everyone best I can......! Sorry if you feel a little neglected!

Turbo shuffle? Yes...the sell 3-1X2 manifolds...but I haven't had any problems and I have the same turbines. They will improve throttle response....but you don't really need them....however.....if you want them....they will come!

the manifolds you want are not cheap , the price is over 250000 yen , I have the part number if you want them , but for that money it might be better to get some high mount manifolds made and sell your 2540's to get 3037's or something .

its crossed my mind about replacing the turbos,
but im pretty much at the bottom end limit aswell as the fuel system.
larger turbos are going to be over kill.
i wonder if a twin exhaust sytem would cure my problem

something that goes quite a way to fixing it is a piping kit between turbo and intercooler and a twin entry intercooler , so you keep the compressed air from each turbo seperate till it exits the intercooler . it is a common problem with that size turbo , as you know but I have had it on non ball bearing turbos but not as bad , a friend of mine has also had the same problem , I fixed it by going single turbo , that is te cheapest upgrade that will completely eliminate the problem , I think JMS have a couple of used single kits for reasonable money .
