96 Cavalier.. No horn fuse ?!?!?

I found out the hard way last night my horn is DOA... So I went to check for a blown fuse and I can't find one... I'm stumpped. I'll check for power at the horn but no fuse dedicated to the horn ??

The horn is linked to the cigarette lighter fuse...change that and it will end your horn probs!
