odd tube from exhuast manafolds
on the driver side of the exhuast manafolds theres a funny lookin tube and what is it ? does anyone know? can it be removed?

i wanna gut my cats on my 96 k1500 with the 5.7 but im worried about the 02 sensors tripin out what would i need todo? any riging of the wires that id need todo? or????? would i have to rig all 4 of the sensors or ????

tube from manifold on the drivers side is probably for the EGR valve.

AIR tube, do you have an air pump on the motor? what is the 8th digit of your vin?

nope
nope no air pump that i know of.?.?.?.? and vin letter is R
and can i remove the egr pipe it runs up to the engine and i found where it goes can it be removed? |

and next i plan to gut my cats
i was wantin to gut the cats do i do both or only one? and because i already have the o2 simulators
is there any down sides with gutin them? any good sides? |

Down side?
More pollution, lower fuel milage, more noise, failed "E-check", more fumes.. Up side... |
